red brand builders, in partnership with Savills Vietnam, has been named “Best International Property Consultancy Marketing” at the International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television. The winners were recently announced at the Savoy Hotel in London.

The award was in acknowledgement of “The New Heart of Ho Chi Minh City” marketing campaign undertaken by red brand builders and Savills Vietnam for the mixed use development The Crescent. The scheme comprises 300 serviced apartments, 10,000 sq m of office, and 60,000 sq m of retail in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

red brand builders were tasked to develop the brand strategy and positioning for the waterfront, mixed-use  retail, entertainment, residential and commercial space brand to appeal to increasingly prosperous and brand-savvy Vietnamese consumers.  red’s contribution also included development of the brand logo, identity system and all supporting advertising, signage, way-finding, website design, digital and marketing communications.

Established 17 years ago, the International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google is the world’s most prestigious property competition. The awards’ programme covers residential as well as commercial categories with regional heats for Arabia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
