The red team were tasked to create a highly desirable, oceanfront, resort-style-living brand, in partnership with Saigon-Danang Investment Corporation (SDN), to meet the growing demand of ‘second home seekers’ looking for their piece of paradise by the ocean in central Vietnam.
red worked closely with SDN and a wide range of prestigious architecture, interior, photographer and 3D partners to develop a distinctive brand strategy and positioning inspired by the development’s outstanding location in harmony with nature and the ‘melody of life’ being created between the river and the ocean waves between Danang and Hoi An in central Vietnam.
With this brand strategy inspiration, the red team then developed a range of brand naming territories before agreeing on ‘The Song’ – Danang Beach Villas as the final brand name. red then developed the brand logo, identity guidelines and a wide range of communication tools to support the brand opening, ongoing sales and marketing efforts including; corporate stationary, brochure, print advertising, hoarding, outdoor communications and virtual walk-through.
