In partnership with Nam Long VCD, red have been tasked to create and launch a new ‘satellite city’ brand strategically located by the waterside, 30Km’s southwest of Ho Chi Minh City, at the gateway to the fast-developing Mekong Delta key economic zone.
The red team worked closely with the client team, board of directors and strategic partners to develop a compelling brand positioning to uncover the strategic location, ‘open, green and refreshing’ spaces and future mixed residential, commercial and retail offering.
red created the brand name and descriptor ‘Waterpoint Riverside Community’ to capture the spirit of the new brand with supporting brand logo, water-ripple graphic transporter, identity guidelines and tag line to breath the feeling of nature and waterfront living lifestyle consistently into every piece of communications including; advertising, brochure, hoarding, marketing collaterals, sales gallery branding and the website design & development.
