red brand builders launch Vietnam's largest shopping mall – Savico Mega Mall

In partnership with Savico Hanoi JSC and CBRE, the red brand builders team have successfully launched Vietnam’s largest shopping mall to local media in Hanoi today.

Savico Mega Mall is located in a strategic area with convenient traffic access, just 500 meter from Cau Chui, intersection of Nguyen Van Cu- Ngo Gia Tu- Nguyen Van Linh, and about 5 kilometer from the city centre Hoan Kiem Lake.

According to Richard Leech, executive director of CBRE Vietnam Company Ltd.: “This is the first stand alone shopping mall of significant scale in Vietnam that follows the typical North American model of using an anchor hyper market to drive the foot traffic, an entertainment centre to keep customers happy and occupied for long period of time. Every detail of the shopping centre has been designed with the customer and his family in mind and will provide more than adequate internal and external needs to satisfy today modern convenience and value seeking Vietnam consumer.”

red | brand builders were tasked to create the brand, including development of the brand strategy, naming, slogan, identity and all supporting advertising and marketing collaterals.

Chris Elkin, red brand builders managing director, commented: “The Savico Mega Mall brand is the result of a clever and close client management team and agency collaboration – the client and CBRE team developing the right product and tenant mix and the agency positioning and marketing to strongly leverage all that is unique and appealing about the Savico Mega Mall offering. The brand name and identity are inspired by the shear boldness and breadth of the new mall offering – a destination where people of all ages can immerse themselves in a world of shopping and entertainment.”
