We kicked off the conference with an ‘ice-breaker’ discussion by getting to the heart of brand building – why do we love brands and how can we make our bands loved?
We then shared a presentation on how to build brand identity with impactTM – to make a brand loved, by more customers.
Our presentation highlighted that central to successful brands is the emotional connection or ‘love’ people have with the brand. That the most successful brands have personalities just like us and provide us answers to why we should buy them, before we’ve even thought about it.
As brand builders, red recommended we should seek to create and shape unique brand personalities that form emotional connections with a brand’s customer – from the very first impression, to create lasting advocacy and indeed, love, for a brand.
