A UK Chartered Marketer and based in S.E. Asia for 14 years, Chris has helped to build many famous brands throughout the U.K., S.E. Asia and Vietnam.

Based initially in London, New York, Singapore and then Vietnam, Chris has held a number of big agency regional Asia-Pacific roles, with in-market experience ranging from Japan and Hong Kong to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam with brands including Tiger Beer, Levi Strauss, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Malaysia Airlines, Volkswagen and L’Oreal.

Chris came to Vietnam in 2005 managing the largest FMCG account in Vietnam.  As partner and Managing Director of red, his active clients include a broad range of brands in the FMCG, Retail, Education, Personal Care, Healthcare, Real Estate and Financial Services categories, including partnerships with Unilever, VinaCapital, Viet Capital, VinaMilk, Kinh Do, Nestle,  Friesland Campina, Diageo, Phu My Hung,  LG Cosmetics, Kimberly-Clarke, Dulux, Big C, Commonwealth Bank, Liberty Insurance, Apollo English and Budweiser.

Lennart Schaberg

Lennart Schaberg
A 10 year advertising and design veteran, Lennart has worked in a senior role on a variety of campaigns and branding exercises for Fortune 500 Blue Chip brands like Unilever, Nestle, IBM, BMW, BP and Bayer.

He focuses heavily on creative thinking in his advertising and design concepts while working together with his multi-national team in red Ho Chi Minh Office in Vietnam. He works closely with the strategy and senior client account team to uncover valuable key consumer insights and brand differentiators. He says: “Market knowledge and consumer insights are the foundation and trigger of any great campaign developed -not only in Vietnam- but anywhere else.”

This approach ultimately benefits the brands and shows direct results as recently the marketing and branding campaign for Vietnam’s retail super brand -The Crescent Mall- was awarded “Best Property Marketing” by Bloomberg International. In his free time he can be found in any good restaurant in town enjoying the culinary delights of Asia and abroad.

Uyen has vast knowledge & experience in client servicing and project management after many years in branding, advertising and direct marketing agencies.

She has shown exceptional handling of multiple clients with different needs such as VinaCapital, Phu My Hung, Unilever, Intel, HP, Sony Ericsson, Nestle, Liberty Insurance, etc. Uyen is a very dedicated professional with a true passion for marketing and brand building.

Dung has over 10 years experience working within the branding and marketing industry.

He brings a strong understanding of the processes required to create and shape brand strategy with impact for red’s clients.

He has worked with many well-known brands in Vietnam and regionally including Nestle, Lavie, Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Vinamilk and ICP to name a few. This has helped Dung to gain in-depth knowledge of robust brand building approaches and a keen understanding of different target audiences and market drivers and barriers.

With his experience and strategic thinking, Dung adds real value to a brand’s impact and success.

 

 

Tra Nguyen

Senior Designer

Tra Nguyen
Nguyen Tra loves both brand design and website design.

She has extensive experience applying GMG color management and proofing on a wide range of products from Unilever, Palmolive, Xmen as well from several strong Danish brands. This exercise greatly contributed to her passion for brand and product development.

She subsequently studied abroad and was educated as a web designer, specializing in web architecture, interactive design, and user experience. Living and working in South Korea – both as an employee and a freelancer – allowed her to further develop her artistic design skills, invariably looking for simplification, elegance and uniqueness.
