VIB is one of Vietnam’s leading banks, with the vision of soon becoming “the most innovative and customer-centric bank in Vietnam.”
With Innovation and Customer Centricity as a brand-inspired central focus, Aleph & Edge Asia Vietnam re-designed and developed VIB’s public website with a more modern and customer friendly interface and user experience. The team undertook multiple rounds of research to understand the bank’s user personas and built user journeys based on what these personas were really looking for from a banking website.
The new VIB website showcases both Personal and Business Banking Products and also features easy to use tools and calculators to help customers in making informed decisions when it comes to their banking choices.
With the research and development of UI (user interface) and UX (user experience), the new website seeks to promote engagement and interaction with VIB’s growing customer base – bringing to life VIB’s brand promise of being ‘At the heart of banking’ for it’s customers.
