Aleph launch Mead Johnson Smart Club

Aleph were tasked to develop a digital communications and content strategy to launch a new advocacy program for Mead Johnson to drive brand acquisition, equity and content excellence.

Mead Johnson is a global nutrition company that advocates for sustainable and healthy nutrition for infants and mothers.

They wanted to attract and build loyalty with mothers through informing them of nutrition and stimulation advice and tips during a Mom’s pregnancy and the 7 golden milestones of the first 3 years to demonstrate that “Future Success Start Today”

Using their key brand guidelines Aleph were responsible for the design, content creation, strategy and social media management for the launch of the Enfa A+ Smart Club.

Using the club, mothers get tailored content related to their stage of pregnancy or child development, presenting them with opportunities to  connect with experts through live chat and receive samples.

A new email marketing and CRM strategy was also launched to ensure loyalty and return visits. Global and regional content was localized and translated; including over 20 videos, infographics and articles.
