red was tasked by Cimigo Marketing Research, Asia’s leading independent marketing research agency, to re-position and communicate their brand around ‘bringing the voice of the customer into the boardroom.’
Leveraging the existing brand logo and colours, the red team first created an engaging brand identity language and communication assets to invite ‘consumers’ to share their voice and insights to help Cimigo’s ‘client’s’ to really understand them and so improve brands/products and service offerings the way they really wanted them to be.
The red team then branded, designed and developed a new website and supporting social media touch-points across 7 Asia Pacific markets to empower consumers and Cimigo’s clients to connect and collaborate online, including through online panels.
Key markets included China, Hong Kong, Mac Cau, India, Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia.
In addition, the website also allowed Cimigo to market and sell research reports via a purpose-built e-commerce platform to interested clients, while sharing Cimigo’s latest case studies, news & events and recruitment openings – all supported by a purpose-built content management system.
